單管螺旋穩(wěn)流機(jī)適用于干燥粉狀物料的連續(xù)、均勻供料，如生料、煤粉、水泥等粉狀物料的給 料和短距離的輸送。常用于粉料庫(kù)(倉(cāng))底的卸(喂)料。
        Single pipe and screw feeder is used to convey dry and powder material continuously, such as raw material, coal powder, and cement etc. powder to convey in short distance. It is used to feed material at the bottom silo.

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
        采用方形口進(jìn)料不易堵料，可保證輸送管內(nèi)粉料充填率髙。進(jìn)料口受料端的異型螺旋葉有對(duì)物 料攪拌均勻便于喂料的作用。喂料管全長(zhǎng)螺旋葉片的結(jié)構(gòu)形式符合受料段、供料段和穩(wěn)流段的輸送 規(guī)律，保證了管內(nèi)物料均勻的填充率。本系列產(chǎn)品按驅(qū)動(dòng)方式分為ⅠⅡ一固定轉(zhuǎn)速，Ⅱ一手動(dòng)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速， 均采用高效率、高速比的擺線針輪減速機(jī)。Ⅱ型更配以新型電磁調(diào)速電機(jī)，調(diào)速范圍廣、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、 噪音低、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，可以調(diào)節(jié)物料流量，滿足不同的生產(chǎn)要求。
Structure feature:
        It is used square and big inlet, not easy to block material. It can guarantee high filling rate of powder material in conveying pipe. Screw impeller from inlet can mix and feed material even. Screw impeller structure should comply with received material section, supplied material and stable material section. Guarantee the filling rate in pipe. This series product has fixed speed(l), manual, no stage and variable speed (II). They are all used high efficiency and high rate cycloid needle wheel reducer. Type II is matched with new type and magnetic variable speed motor. It has wide variable speed, stable driving,no noise and tight structure etc.
